3. Payments and Refunds


  • Full payment is required before the commencement of training.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Exford Global Consult cancels the training.
  • Refund requests (in applicable cases) must be made within seven (7) days of cancellation.

  • Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during sessions.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the training without a refund.
  • Sharing, copying, or distributing training materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • All materials provided during the training, including slides, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Exford Global Consult.
  • Participants may use these materials for personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.


    • 6. Confidentiality

    Participants may not disclose confidential information shared during the training by Exford Global Consult, facilitators, or other participants.


    7. Limitation of Liability

  • Exford Global Consult is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our training programs.

    • 8. Modifications to Terms

    Exford Global Consult reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
