Refund policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
  • If Exford Global Consult cancels the training program.
  • If a participant withdraws at least [24] hours prior to the program start date, subject to a processing fee (see below).


Refund Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [support@exfordglobal.com] with proof of payment attached.
  • Refunds will be processed within [5] business days after approval.

Processing Fees
  • A [15%] processing fee will be deducted from the refund for participant-initiated cancellations.


Non-Refundable Payments
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Withdrawals made after the program has started.
    • Failure to attend the program.
    • Payments for customized or private training sessions.


Program Cancellations or Changes
  • Exford Global Consult reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify training programs.
  • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, participants may opt for a full refund or transfer to a future session without additional charges.
